Where complexity, vulnerable occupants, heritage constraints, or heightened regulatory attention increase risk and scrutiny, Coplow Fire Safety provides specialist, evidence-led support to help dutyholders make sound, defensible decisions. Our specialist services include: High-Rise Residential Compliance Advice Targeted support to meet the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, including wayfinding signage and flat numbering, secure information boxes, evacuation alert systems, and the management and assurance of key measures such as fire doors and smoke control. Care Home Fire Safety Strategy and Evacuation Planning Development and review of fire strategies and evacuation arrangements for care environments, including progressive horizontal evacuation (PHE), compartmentation performance, and planning for residents with reduced mobility, sensory impairment, or cognitive vulnerability. Heritage and Complex Premises Fire Safety Advice Pragmatic solutions for listed and non-standard buildings, balancing life safety and legal compliance with conservation requirements. Advice is proportionate, documented, and designed to stand up to scrutiny without compromising heritage value. Stakeholder Liaison and Technical Representation Professional representation in discussions with local authorities, housing providers, Building Control and other stakeholdersāhelping resolve issues early, clarify expectations, and keep projects moving with robust, auditable fire safety outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
This policy covers all bookings for Coplow Fire Safetyās fire risk assessments, training, businessāsupport and specialist services. Booking implies acceptance of these terms. Booking and payment: You may book by email or phone; provide your contact details. Prices include VAT. We may ask for a deposit or full advance payment; any deposit reflects the cost of reserving your service and may only be kept to cover actual losses. The remainder must be paid before the service. If you book as a consumer remotely, you have 14 days from the day after you enter into the contract to cancel and receive a full refund. If you request the service to start within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work already delivered. Rescheduling: You can change your date once without charge by giving at least 14 daysā notice. Shorter notice will be treated as a cancellation. If unforeseen events mean we have to postpone, we will offer an alternative date or refund but are not liable for incidental costs. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees depend on notice given: more than 30 days ā full refund minus costs; 30ā14 days ā 25Ā % of the fee; 13ā7 days ā 50Ā %; less than 7 days ā no refund. Flexible multiāsession services cannot be cancelled; sessions may be rearranged with 14 daysā notice and expire 12Ā months after purchase. Consumer cancellations within the 14āday coolingāoff period receive a full refund if the service hasnāt started. Nonāattendance or late arrival may be treated as a cancellation. Please let us know of any accessibility requirements when booking so we can make reasonable adjustments. We use personal data only to manage bookings. We store personal data securely and comply with UK dataāprotection law; you may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Coplow Fire Safety may decline or cancel a booking if fulfilling it would breach legal or safety obligations; in such cases we will refund your fee but are not liable for incidental costs.
