Service Description
We deliver evidence-led, site-specific fire risk assessments to support dutyholders in meeting their legal responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Fire Risk Assessments are structured using recognised UK fire risk assessment methodologies and specific premises-type guidance (including BS 9792:2025 for housing where applicable), with clear identification of significant findings and prioritised, proportionate actions. Reports are written to be practical for delivery and defensible under scrutiny by regulators, insurers, and governance stakeholders.
Cancellation Policy
This policy covers all bookings for Coplow Fire Safety’s fire risk assessments, training, business‑support and specialist services. Booking implies acceptance of these terms. Booking and payment: You may book by email or phone; provide your contact details. Prices include VAT. We may ask for a deposit or full advance payment; any deposit reflects the cost of reserving your service and may only be kept to cover actual losses. The remainder must be paid before the service. If you book as a consumer remotely, you have 14 days from the day after you enter into the contract to cancel and receive a full refund. If you request the service to start within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work already delivered. Rescheduling: You can change your date once without charge by giving at least 14 days’ notice. Shorter notice will be treated as a cancellation. If unforeseen events mean we have to postpone, we will offer an alternative date or refund but are not liable for incidental costs. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees depend on notice given: more than 30 days – full refund minus costs; 30–14 days – 25 % of the fee; 13–7 days – 50 %; less than 7 days – no refund. Flexible multi‑session services cannot be cancelled; sessions may be rearranged with 14 days’ notice and expire 12 months after purchase. Consumer cancellations within the 14‑day cooling‑off period receive a full refund if the service hasn’t started. Non‑attendance or late arrival may be treated as a cancellation. Please let us know of any accessibility requirements when booking so we can make reasonable adjustments. We use personal data only to manage bookings. We store personal data securely and comply with UK data‑protection law; you may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Coplow Fire Safety may decline or cancel a booking if fulfilling it would breach legal or safety obligations; in such cases we will refund your fee but are not liable for incidental costs.
